On Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025, a powerful explosion triggered a major fire at an industrial facility in Steinheim, North Rhine–Westphalia, Germany. Emergency services deployed 188 firefighters to the scene. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Authorities confirmed the fire was caused by a technical malfunction, with no evidence of external involvement.
